We do home delivery of our products to facilitate the customer and go an extra mile in our effort to make the customer happy.

DDeliveries are done only within the earmarked area around the U.S.Pizza restaurants, which is always less than 3 kms drive. The list of such road names and areas is clearly marked in the Web Site. However there is no extra charge for such deliveries which are within our area. If as an extra special gesture the store manager decides to deliver outside the area, he may request the customer clearly such extra amounts, which will be marked in the bill that is presented to the customer for the Pizza.

Delivery Personnel:
The delivery personnel must be in U.S.Pizza uniform, must carry identification be courteous and respectful to the customer. He must always carry exact change as per bill as if the customer will give pay him with Rs.500 notes. The delivery personnel will never enter the house of the customer; unless the customer is physically challenged and has requested the Delivery person to come in for a reason of business. The delivery person may ask the reason and if it is to do with his present objective of delivering pizza he may enter.

Time Guarantee for delivery:
U.S.Pizza does not give any time guarantee for delivery, it rather informs the customer about how much time it will take for the particular delivery according to store conditions, and if the customer agrees, it must adhere to its own timing.

If the pizza is not delivered on time, and is clearly delayed by more than 15 minutes, then U.S.Pizza shall make good the customers loss of time and discomfort of any kind, by delivering the same order again free of cost whenever the customer desires within the next 30 days. However for orders of 4 or more pizzas, which qualify as bulk orders, such guarantee shall not be valid. The Maximum liability for U.S.Pizza shall be limited to Rs. 300.

Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point. U.S.Pizza does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. U.S.Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation.

The time delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on New Year ’s Eve, on Ganesh Festival, Navaratri, Diwali, Christmas and Durga Pooja, the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery. Conditions apply.

Do we have this?
Modify / Cancel the Online Order
• The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the store.
• However you can get updated on the status of the order by calling the store directly
• In case the order which is paid through credit card is cancelled due to non availability of the ordered product at the store, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Domino's store. The same would reflect in the next credit card statement.
