U.S Pizza Cancellation Policy
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
U S Pizza provides an on-line Pizza ordering capability for users to place Pizza
orders which will be delivered by us.
U S Pizza tries to take care in delivering the Pizza at the fastest possible
time. In case of any specific Outlets service quality or product delivery is
found lacking, U S Pizza request customers to report to U S Pizza any incidents
of poor service or Pizza quality so it can be highlighted to restaurant Kitchen.
Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to traffic or other external conditions
and we request customers to bear with us in such circumstances.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The U S Pizza service involves delivery of Pizza that is a perishable and is
prepared by our restaurants kitchens to the requirements of the customer placing
the order. As the Pizza ordered by a customer has no value to anyone and cannot
be used elsewhere, any order cancellation, at any time after the order has been
placed and Pizza preparation has started, involves Pizza wastage. As such we
follow a policy where customers are advised to exercise all care and caution
about the product they order, the delivery / landmark / contact details they
give, the coverage of that delivery area by U S Pizza as well as before placing
any order. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and consequently we do not
refund any payments made.
In the rare case of Pizza not being delivered due to reasons at U S Pizza end,
customers will be advised that order will not be executed or customer may be
advised to place a new order against any payments made by them where Pizza is
not delivered. Refund is not given under any circumstances.
CHANGES TO POLICY
U S Pizza may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial
changes we will post the latest policy on the website and users will not be
informed separately and are advised to check the policy from time to time on our
pages. In case at any point they do not accept our Terms they are requested to
stop using our services.
